Wilderness in the Smokies

My family and I like to travel to Tennessee for mini vacations. The draw back to this is there is so much to do. And kids want to do all of it. There however is a resort in Sevierville that helps to remedy this. Wilderness in the
Smokies  is a Hotel with a Indoor-Outdoor water park. They also have a bowling alley, ropes course, arcade and more. You can spend your weekend at your hotel and everyone stay happy. I highly recommend this resort. The draw backs are; It is a little pricey but your room price includes water park tickets. Check in is not that easily found because of the fact that it is connected to  meeting center. They also want to sale you a timeshare. I don't like going to timeshare meetings. People are not always in a position to be able to partake of this offer. And  attitudes seem to change when you tell them you are unable to do this at the time. People should still be treated the same. They are still paying customers of the resort. So over all it is a great way to relax and spend time with the family. We look forward to going back.

Cooking Tools

I am just now getting to a point in my life where I want to cook and try new recipes.  One of the main reasons I have not enjoyed cooking is because it requires a lot of prep work.  Well, being a working mom.  I want things to be easy, quick and turn out right the first time.  Not to much to ask right? ? For my birthday this past year I recieved one of my most treasured items. A KitchenAid food processor.  It makes the prep work easy.  What would take me 20-30 minutes to get done. With my good processor it is a matter of minutes.  Clean up is easy.  The containers and blades are dishwasher friendly.  My only  complaints with the item would be, it needs a longer power cord and if you have a smaller kitchen storage can be a problem.
Overall I am extremely happy with this product and look forward to trying other KitchenAid products.
